Our main character loves folding paper boats in his treehouse high above the river. But one day, the water stops flowing, and everything in the stream comes to a standstill. With Otter and Fish Eagle by his/her side, they set off to find out what’s blocking the river.

Their search leads to a surprising discovery that will take all their courage and cleverness to face. Will they be brave enough to solve the mystery and let the river run again?
