Our store is hosted on WooCommerce. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
MyStories is a business in the literature industry that writes and publish books. MyStories creates personalised books based on a unique name and specifically selected features for the main character. Order processing and delivery: Upon submitting your order, you acknowledge that we may review your order and its content for adherence to our guidelines and compliance with these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to refuse to process an order where we consider that the content is in breach of these Terms and Conditions and our guidelines.
We will make every effort to process your order and manufacture your product within the specified time period for each item. Please note that manufacturing times may vary, and any times quoted for the delivery of goods are indicative only. Time for delivery shall not be of the essence of these Terms and Conditions, and we will not be liable for any loss or expenses you may sustain as a result of any delay in the delivery of your order.
Unless otherwise specified, orders will be processed (sent to printers) within 5 business days. Printing takes 4-7 business days. Books will be inspected before packaging; in case a book does not pass inspection, it will be reprinted (3-5 business days).
Shipping and Tracking: Upon processing, you will receive email confirmation from MyStories, and BobGo will send an email with a tracking number in advance. National deliveries take 1 – 5 days using The Courier Guy. For international deliveries, please contact us by email at info@mystories.co.za for a quotation. We use a reputable third party and courier company for international deliveries. International deliveries take approximately 15 workdays (over and above manufacturing lead time). International shipping rates do not include any Customs/Duty taxes/Insurance.
Product representation and Handmade items: We strive to display and describe the printed colors on the products on our site as accurately as possible. However, we cannot assure you that the colors supplied will exactly match those displayed on your monitor or mobile telephone. Furthermore, the colors displayed on the site may differ slightly from the colors in the printed book.
Our books are bound by hand, and as with any hand-made item, no two items look identical. Handmade items are subject to minor imperfections, for example, slight dents in the spine of the book.
Vouchers and Marketing use: Coupon, Discount, and Deal Terms & Conditions of use are set by MyStories, determining their period of validity. The redemption of Vouchers, Coupons, Discounts, and Deals is generally limited to one per individual customer. MyStories reserves the right to cancel any Vouchers, Coupons, Discounts, and Deals whose redemption amounts to misuse/abuse on the part of the customer.
We reserve the right to use a copy of the product you ordered, such as the cover page of the book, for marketing purposes.
